ERGONOMICS — BUILT FOR REAL COMFORT
Most barrel saunas cut corners on interior dimensions to reduce material costs. The Model E6 does not. The generous 77.2-inch interior diameter creates a 6 foot 5 inch interior height that allows most users to stand fully upright — something smaller diameter barrels simply cannot offer. That same wide arc enables ergonomically contoured bench and backrest designs that a tighter barrel cannot accommodate.
The benches and backrests are crafted from grade-A knot-free Thermo-Aspen — silky smooth to the touch and 1.1 inches thick, nearly 50 percent thicker than benches found on most competing barrel saunas. The arched backrest provides genuine lumbar support across a wide range of body sizes, making extended sauna sessions significantly more comfortable than flat-backed alternatives.

The Model E6 is built from Thermo-Spruce, a thermally modified wood that lasts up to twice as long as cedar in outdoor conditions. The modification process is chemical-free and eco-friendly, using only heat and steam to restructure the wood at a cellular level — making it dimensionally stable, resistant to moisture, and ideally suited for the repeated wet-dry cycles of regular sauna use.
Every stave is a full 1.65 inches thick and runs the full length of the barrel, providing exceptional thermal resistance and structural integrity. The staves are compressed and secured by industry-leading heavy-duty stainless steel barrel bands — AISI 430 grade, 1-7/8 inches wide and 1/8 inch thick — significantly more robust than the thinner bands used on lower-cost barrel saunas.

WATER MANAGEMENT AND VENTILATION
The Model E6 features dual floor drains positioned strategically inside the barrel. The first drain sits directly beneath the sauna heater position for convenient water tossing without worrying about pooling. The second drain near the door handles any cold plunge or pool water tracked in by bathers. Intake and exhaust air vents are included to maintain proper airflow during sessions.
LED LIGHTING SYSTEM WITH WI-FI APP CONTROL
