We do not accept cash, money orders, checks, or other alternative forms of payment. Business financing options are available through our financing partner — see the Business Financing link in our menu.
When You Are Charged
Your payment method is charged at the time you place your order. All transactions are processed through PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways with SSL encryption — we never see or store your full card number.
Sales Tax
Sales tax is collected only on orders shipped within Florida. Orders shipped to other states are not charged sales tax.
Order Confirmation & Processing
After you place your order, a confirmation email is sent to the address provided. We process orders within 1–2 business days, and most shipments arrive within 3–4 business days after that. Once shipped, you will receive tracking by email.
Billing Accuracy & Fraud Prevention
Please ensure your billing details match your payment method — mismatched information may delay or cancel your order. We screen orders for fraud and may request verification on high-value orders; we reserve the right to cancel any order we cannot verify, with a full refund.
