🛍️ Return & Exchange Policy

 

30-Day Returns
We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery. To be eligible, items must be:

  • In original condition: unworn/unused, with tags
  • In original packaging
  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

To initiate a return, contact us at support@theprimepinnacle.com. If approved, we’ll provide a prepaid return label and instructions.
Please note: Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.

 

🚚 Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival.
If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately — we’ll make it right.

🚫 Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Perishable goods (e.g. food, flowers, plants)
  • Custom or personalized products
  • Personal care items (e.g. beauty products)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
  • Gift cards

🔁 Exchanges

Need a different size, color, or model?
Start a return for the original item. Once processed, you can place a new order for the item you want.
All items must meet return eligibility criteria.

 

🇪🇺 EU Customers

If your order is shipped to the EU, you may cancel or return it within 14 days — no reason required.
Items must be in original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase.

 

💳 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, you’ll be notified of approval status.
If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please allow time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

Note: A 3% refund processing fee will be deducted from the total refund amount.
