Cancelling Before Shipment

Orders can be cancelled free of charge at any time before they ship. Email support@theprimepinnacle.com or call +1 (877) 477-2853 as soon as possible with your order number. Because we process orders quickly (typically within 1–2 business days), the sooner you reach us, the better.

After Your Order Ships

Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled — but we will gladly help you arrange a return once it arrives under our 30-day Refund & Return Policy. Refusing delivery of a shipped order without prior authorization is treated as a standard return.

Custom & Made-to-Order Items

Custom-built, custom-configured, or made-to-order items may not be eligible for cancellation once production has begun. We will let you know at the time of your request if this applies to your order.

Payment & Refunds

• Your payment method is charged at the time you place your order.
• Orders cancelled before shipment are refunded in full to your original payment method.
• Refunds issued after an order has shipped (returns) are subject to a 3% payment processing fee, which covers non-refundable transaction costs. See our Refund Policy.
• If an item is on backorder and you would like to keep your place in line, we will hold your order; you may cancel a backordered item for a full refund any time before it ships.
