I purchased a Jupiter Defiant Battery from The Prime Pinnacle on May 18, 2026, and overall I could not be more impressed with the customer service and support I received throughout the entire process.
The ordering process was smooth and easy, and within the next business day I had my FedEx tracking information. Unfortunately, much to my dismay, I received the wrong battery — but after reviewing my order history, I realized the mistake was completely mine. I had accidentally ordered the Jupiter Defiant “Pro” Battery instead of the standard Jupiter Defiant Battery. Doh!
I immediately reached out to The Prime Pinnacle and explained my mistake. I had the pleasure of speaking with Nick from customer service, who was absolutely wonderful. He quickly generated an RMA so I could return the incorrect battery without any hassle. As soon as the returned battery was received, the collaboration between Jupiter Bike and The Prime Pinnacle ensured that the correct Jupiter Defiant Battery was sent out promptly. Nick continued to follow up with me throughout the entire process, which I truly appreciated.
Once I received the replacement battery, I charged it overnight for approximately 10 hours. I was excited to finally get back out for a ride, but then disappointment set in. After installing the battery, I only had 1 out of 5 bars showing on the Battery Power Meter. I immediately thought I may have received a defective battery.
I contacted The Prime Pinnacle again, and Nick called me back almost immediately. It turns out that because my Jupiter Defiant Bike is a 2023 model, the newer battery requires an upgraded battery plate. Since I already had a battery plate installed, I initially didn’t realize I needed to replace it with the updated version. Nick coordinated a call with a Jupiter Bike technician, who clearly explained the reasoning and walked me through the installation process.
As soon as I installed the upgraded battery plate — voila — everything worked perfectly!
I followed up with Nick afterward to personally commend him on his outstanding customer service, professionalism, and genuine commitment to resolving my issue. It’s rare these days to find someone who follows through so thoroughly and truly cares about the customer experience.
I would highly recommend The Prime Pinnacle for your e-Bike needs and would absolutely do business with them again.
