JupiterBike Defiant ST Fat Tire Folding Electric Bike

We live in an RV full time and storage space is everything. The Defiant ST folds down small enough to fit in our bay storage alongside our other gear without any issues. The range is genuinely 40+ miles in our experience riding around campgrounds and local roads. The integrated headlight is bright enough for evening rides and the cargo rack holds a decent sized bag easily. This bike solved a real problem for us and we use it almost every day.

I've had the Defiant ST for about two months now and it's completely changed my daily routine. I commute about 12 miles round trip and the battery still has juice left when I get home. The full suspension makes a huge difference on the roads in my neighborhood — I barely feel the potholes anymore. Assembly was straightforward and The Prime Pinnacle's customer service answered my questions quickly. Couldn't be happier.

Overall really impressed with the Defiant ST. The motor is powerful enough that hills I used to dread on my regular bike are now effortless. I use the thumb throttle more than I expected — it's great for starting from a stop in traffic. My only gripe is the charge time is around 4 hours which means overnight charging is basically required if you're riding daily. Not a dealbreaker but worth knowing going in. The Prime Pinnacle had it delivered faster than expected and the price was fair.

I bought this as my first e-bike and overall I love it. The low step-over frame was a big selling point for me and it lives up to the hype — getting on and off is so easy compared to my old bicycle. The fat tires handle the gravel path near my house perfectly. Took off one star only because figuring out the Shimano gear timing with the motor took a few rides to get used to. Once it clicked though, the ride is incredibly smooth. Free shipping was a nice bonus too.

I was skeptical that a folding e-bike could handle real trails but the Defiant ST proved me wrong. The rear dual shock actually absorbs the bumps — this isn't just marketing. I've taken it on packed dirt and light gravel trails and it handles confidently at speed. The hydraulic disc brakes give me a lot of confidence going downhill. The 28 mph top speed is more than enough for trail use. Solid build quality and arrived well packaged.
