LEFEET P1 / P1 XR Battery

I was recently in the market to upgrade my E-bike. I was interested in the Rambo Krusader but I had some questions. I called and I spoke with Nick and from the first second of our conversation he was great. Nick was very helpful in answering any questions I may have had.. He also walked me through the whole buying and shipping process along with even helping register my new bike’s warranty. On the day, my bike was delivered. I purchased a Jupiter Defiant Battery from The Prime Pinnacle on May 18, 2026, and overall I could not be more impressed with the customer service and support I received throughout the entire process.

The ordering process was smooth and easy, and within the next business day I had my FedEx tracking information. Unfortunately, much to my dismay, I received the wrong battery — but after reviewing my order history, I realized the mistake was completely mine. I had accidentally ordered the Jupiter Defiant “Pro” Battery instead of the standard Jupiter Defiant Battery. Doh!

I immediately reached out to The Prime Pinnacle and explained my mistake. I had the pleasure of speaking with Nick from customer service, who was absolutely wonderful. He quickly generated an RMA so I could return the incorrect battery without any hassle. As soon as the returned battery was received, the collaboration between Jupiter Bike and The Prime Pinnacle ensured that the correct Jupiter Defiant Battery was sent out promptly. Nick continued to follow up with me throughout the entire process, which I truly appreciated.

Once I received the replacement battery, I charged it overnight for approximately 10 hours. I was excited to finally get back out for a ride, but then disappointment set in. After installing the battery, I only had 1 out of 5 bars showing on the Battery Power Meter. I immediately thought I may have received a defective battery.

I contacted The Prime Pinnacle again, and Nick called me back almost immediately. It turns out that because my Jupiter Defiant Bike is a 2023 model, the newer battery requires an upgraded battery plate. Since I already had a battery plate installed, I initially didn’t realize I needed to replace it with the updated version. Nick coordinated a call with a Jupiter Bike technician, who clearly explained the reasoning and walked me through the installation process.

As soon as I installed the upgraded battery plate — voila — everything worked perfectly!

I followed up with Nick afterward to personally commend him on his outstanding customer service, professionalism, and genuine commitment to resolving my issue. It’s rare these days to find someone who follows through so thoroughly and truly cares about the customer experience.

Handles inclines without issue and still has plenty of power left. Screen is clear even in bright light. Quality seems premium. Folds compact enough to store in my condo. Love it

I use this on remote job sites for power tools, compressors, and lighting. The 7200W output handles everything I throw at it. Runs all day with solar panels connected. The LiFePO4 battery feels rock solid and the app features are actually useful. Best power station I’ve owned.

As someone who grew up playing in Japan, I’ve always respected Honma. These clubs exceeded my expectations. The shafts feel perfectly tuned and the forgiveness on mishits is impressive for such a workable set. Beautiful craftsmanship that shows in every detail. These are now my forever clubs.

I gained 12 yards on my driver without changing my swing, and my ball striking across the set is noticeably more consistent. The lightweight construction prevents fatigue even after 36 holes. A scratch golfer friend called the driver the best-feeling club he'd ever swung. The Prime Pinnacle's service was excellent throughout. Expensive? Absolutely. But this is heirloom-quality equipment that performs at the highest level. I'll play these for the rest of my life.

I use this for work and weekend errands. The longer wheelbase gives it a stable, full-size feel while still folding for my SUV. The suspension absorbs bumps on our uneven roads really well. I’m getting solid range and the disc brakes feel safe in traffic. Love how practical it is.
