How long will my order take to arrive?

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days, depending on the brand. On average, products are delivered within 4–6 days. If a product's delivery time differs, it will be indicated on the product page. Oversized items shipping by freight may take longer and are delivered curbside by appointment.

Which payment methods are accepted?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and debit cards, plus Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay. See our Payment Policy for details.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery on eligible items, with a free prepaid return label and no restocking fee. A 3% payment processing fee applies to refunds. Full details in our Refund & Return Policy.

Is there a restocking fee?

No — there is no restocking fee, and return shipping is free with our prepaid label.

What is your cancellation policy?

Email support@theprimepinnacle.com as soon as possible if you wish to cancel. Orders can be cancelled any time before they ship. Once shipped, the order falls under our 30-day Return Policy. See our Cancellation Policy.

What if my product arrives damaged?

Inspect your item(s) upon delivery. For freight deliveries, note any damage on the delivery receipt before signing — write "suspect damage" if you cannot open the package during delivery. Then send photos to support@theprimepinnacle.com and we will arrange a replacement, parts, or compensation.

Do you price match?

Yes. Find a lower price at another authorized retailer and we will beat it. See our Price Match Guarantee for eligibility.

How do I place an order?

Click "Add To Cart" on your chosen product, proceed to checkout, and enter your shipping and billing information. Prefer to order by phone? Call +1 (877) 477-2853 for immediate confirmation and processing.

How do I know when my order will ship?

You will receive an order confirmation email immediately. Once shipped, you will receive a second email with your tracking number. If an item is out of stock, we will notify you within one business day.

Can I change my shipping address?

Yes — contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. We cannot change a delivery address once the order is in transit.

Can I change my order?

You can make changes at no cost by emailing support@theprimepinnacle.com before your order ships. Any price difference will be credited or invoiced separately.
